The Empty Mirrors is a song project that specialises in quirkily visual and sometimes dark alt-pop. We tell stories you’ve never heard. We take you to places you’ve never been. You might feel a little wobbly afterwards, but it’ll pass.

We’re unashamedly retro. Key influences include the Cure, the Pixies, the Smiths, Suzanne Vega and P J Harvey. We’re not afraid to do strange things to your head on occasion, but we’re not afraid of pop either.

We're keen collaborators and have recently worked extensively with Jenny Stevens, Bruno Rocha and Robert Severin. 'The Distance Between Us' EP by Jenny Stevens and the Empty Mirrors dropped on Aug 6th.
