Edinburgh based five piece guitar band playing original music to your liking. Indie, power-pop, garage, blues. Influences are wide and varied and include the likes of Lee Dorsey, The Yardbirds, The Stone Roses, Jake Bugg, Paul Weller, Northern Soul, Stax, Bill Withers, The Prisoners, John Fulbright, Bob Marley, Toots & The Maytals, Small Faces, The Strypes, The Who, Curtis Mayfield, Gil Scott-Heron, The Doors, Ray Charles, Ray LaMontagne, Queens of the Stone Age, The Allah-Las and loads more.
The band are made up from guys hailing from Scotland, Poland and Australia which brings a diverse musical mix. Constantly evolving and improving The Super Moons are working on new material which is in the process of being rehearsed and recorded. Gigging since September 2017 across Scotland they are looking to play to new audiences wherever and whenever the opportunity arises. The Super Moons are entirely self-funded and managed.
