RETURNS

RETURNS IN RELATION TO MERCHANDISE

Merchandise refers to tangible products that have been physically shipped to the customer.  All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS IN RELATION TO DIGITAL GOODS

Digital Goods refers to any purchased product or service provided to you electronically.  All returns must be requested within 24 hours of the purchase date. 

CANCELATION

Subscriptions may be canceled at an time directly by the customer via our Members Subscription page.  Please Contact Us for any items that can not be canceled in this fashion.

REFUNDS

After receiving your request for cancellation and or return, we will inspect the condition of your item or consider the conditions of your claim. If your item is in good condition and or your request is valid and meets the time requirements for our Cancelation and or Returns policy we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:  All sales are final after 24 hours.   

 

SHIPPING/FULLFILLMENT

All shipping is provided by multiple 3rd party fulfillment agencies, and we follow all applicable policies in order to ensure your product will arrive safely and quickly.
